Driver in Algoma crash in serious condition
Francois Xavier Marin, 23, of Green Bay was driving without a valid license when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed Sunday. Marin and his passenger, Lashay Parker, 22 , also of Green Bay, suffered injuries that were not life-threatening and were taken by ambulance to a Green Bay hospital, said Kewaunee County Sheriff Matt Joski. Parker's condition was unknown, he said.
