ANIWA, Wis. — A driver is dead after his semi-tanker crashed in northeastern Wisconsin and leaked thousands of gallons of gasoline. The Wisconsin State Patrol says the 29-year-old man from Ringle lost control when he drove onto the shoulder of U.S. 45 on Saturday morning.
