APPLETON - Two vehicles collided in a head-on crash Thursday afternoon near Meade and McArthur streets, just south of Northland Avenue. A black SUV making an eastbound turn off McArthur collided with a gold minivan heading south on Meade Street. The driver of the van received medical treatment in a Gold Cross Ambulance at the scene.
