A man was struck by a semi-trailer on Interstate 39 in Milton Wednesday morning, apparently after leaving his vehicle to retrieve a piece of luggage.
A man was struck by a semi-trailer on Interstate 39 in Milton Wednesday morning, apparently after leaving his vehicle to retrieve a piece of luggage. The crash in Rock County happened at about 10:50 a.m., according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The severity of the victim's injuries are not known. All lanes around the site of the crash are now open, according to the department.
