According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, a 40-year-old man from Beaver Dam was traveling west on County Highway S in a 2006 Chevrolet when he drifted over the center line into eastbound traffic, striking the rear wheels of a 2016 Mack semi-truck, operated by a 58-year-old man from rural Mayville.
