6 hurt when 25 vehicles crash in Milwaukee suburb

Six people were injured when 25 vehicles crashed in nine separate accidents on a Milwaukee area highway. The state Department of Transportation said the crashes temporarily blocked two southbound lanes. Police said sun glare off wet pavement and a slowdown in traffic may have contributed to the crashes about 8 a.m. Authorities said the six injured were taken to a hospital with injuries that are not life threatening. Traffic returned to normal shortly before 10 a.m.
