Family members tell FOX6 News Smith and his 11-year-old passenger are cousins. They were apparently asked to move a vehicle prior to the crash, family members say.
A single-vehicle crash in Milwaukee killed a 19-year-old male driver and injured the 11-year-old boy, passenger Sunday morning. The accident occurred at about 7:15 a.m. on N. 36th Street. The vehicle veered off the roadway at a high speed and smashed into a tree. The accident killed the driver and the 11-year-old boy was brought to the hospital in critical condition.
