According to local emergency responders, at around noon on Saturday, a passenger van headed east on East County Line road approaching Highway 12/89, did not stop at a stop sign.

On July 29th, police arrested Boedecker, who suffered minor injuries in the crash, authorities said. She was charged with four counts of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle - Controlled Substance; one count of Operating with a Detectable Amount of a Controlled Substance; and two counts of Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle - Controlled Substance.
