Lincoln County Coroner Michael Richins says 27-year-old Jay Dee Lish of Star Valley died on the scene. He had a skull fracture and other major trauma. Bonneville County, Idaho, coroner Rick Taylor says he can't release the name of the second victim because they were a minor.
