He says a possible medical condition is being investigated as a contributing factor in the crash. 

Authorities say 2 Utah residents killed in rollover accident last week in western Wyoming

Sgt. David Wagener said the vehicle drifted off the road for about 275 feet before hitting a bridge railing and vaulting onto a creek bank. The vehicle landed on its roof and slid down into the water.
The two men who died in a single-vehicle rollover crash last week in western Wyoming are identified as 71-year-old Clark Willis and 48-year-old Magno N. Lazano-Ricardo, both from Logan, Utah. They were killed when the SUV they were riding in rolled into a creek off U.S. 89 near Smoot. The SUV exited the road and then struck a bridge railing and rolled onto a creek bank and into the water. Willis, the driver, died during the crash, and Lazano-Ricardo drowned.
