A truck driven by William Gay lost control and struck a curb, then rolled over in Pinal County just outside of Maricopa on Thursday, ejecting all three of its occupants.Two teen passengers were killed, identified as Josiah Abbott and Morgan Martin, both of Maricopa. Gay was seriously injured in the accident.

Molinar was driving a Jeep on Veterans Memorial Boulevard when he lost control and left the road. This then caused the truck to roll, and since Molinar was not wearing a seat belt, he was ejected from the vehicle and found in critical condition. He was flown by helicopter to the University of Arizona Medical Center, but was eventually pronounced dead.

A wrong-way crash has occured on Interstate 10 near Casa Grande, five miles west of State Route 387. Officials report that around 5:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 23 a vehicle driving westbound crossed into eastbound traffic.

A semi truck heading west on I-10 crossed into eastbound traffic near Casa Grande, Arizona, crashing head-on into a car, and three other cars piled up as a result. The driver of the first vehicle hit died at the scene of the collision, and and the semi truck driver and antother of the piled up car drivers were taken to the hospital. An investigation is underway.

3 1/2 month old baby was killed and three injured after a rollover crash on Saturday morning on State Route 238 near Maricopa, Arizona. Three adults, identified as Dean Lamoreaux, Ruth Hollingshead, and Wayne Hollingshead and four children were riding in the vehicle that crashed. Three of the victims were flown by helicopter to the hospital. The crash investigation is ongoing.

The cyclist, a 39-year-old from Santa Cruz, was riding east on the bridge on the westbound side of Soquel Avenue, against the flow of traffic, and the pickup was traveling east when the collision occurred. Witnesses said the pickup driver accelerated, causing the tires to squeal and drove on the wrong side of the road in order to hit the man on the bicycle. The cyclist was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.  Jeremy Anecito was arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide.

A 16-year-old boy out for a jog was struck by a van and killed on a dark San Tan Valley street early Tuesday morning. Jared Paul Odane was found lying on the south side of a stretch of West Combs Road that has no lighting. Odane was wearing dark clothing and earbuds.

The 18-year-old victim was riding the skateboard on North Gantzel Road just south of East Chandler Heights Road in San Tan Valley about 9:43 p.m.He suffered severe head trauma, and was flown to a Phoenix hospital in extremely critical condition.

A 16-year-old boy has died and four other teens are hospitalized after their car collided with another early Sunday morning, police said.

It happened on Maricopa/Casa Grande Highway near Bianco Road at 12:12 a.m.

Five occupants in a Chevrolet Impala were ejected after it crashed into a Chevrolet Silverado, according to Casa Grande police spokesman Thomas Anderson.

An experienced female skydiver was killed during a group world-record skydiving attempt when a parachute malfunctioned on Thursday morning in Eloy.

The person was part of a 222-person group trying to break the world record for a "formation jump" about 7:30 a.m.

The skydiver's parachute was released too low to allow the reserve chute to fully open and not related to aircraft, the size of the group or weather conditions, according to an official statement from Skydive Arizona, an Eloy skydiving business.
