According to DPS, a vehicle driving in the westbound lanes appeared to have crossed into the eastbound lanes around 5:15 a.m. on Thursday. No other details are unknown at this time
A wrong-way crash has occured on Interstate 10 near Casa Grande, five miles west of State Route 387. Officials report that around 5:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 23 a vehicle driving westbound crossed into eastbound traffic.
