Two brothers were taken to the hospital after a car ended up under a tractor-trailer in Greenville County Thursday night, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers.
Troopers said the wreck at happened 11:15 p.m. on Bruce Road at White Horse Road.
They said Timothy McClellan was driving a 2002 Sebring at a high rate of speed on Bruce Road and drove under a tractor-trailer that was turning left onto Bruce Road.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said a wreck on Easter Sunday killed a 25-year-old man and a 22-year-old man.
According to state troopers, the accident happened as a pickup truck was traveling north on Mt. Zion Road just outside of Wellford early Sunday morning.
The truck went off the left side of the road, over-corrected, went off the right side of the road and hit a tree, troopers said.
The truck's driver and a passenger were killed in the crash, and two other passengers in the truck were injured.
State troopers said an 11-year-old boy was killed in a deadly wreck near Pendleton.
According to the highway patrol, the wreck happened at 4:35 p.m. Saturday on Cherry Street Extension near Danehower Road.
State troopers said a vehicle traveling south on Cherry Street Extension lost control, went off the left side of the road and crashed into a tree.
Two other people in the vehicle were taken to AnMed Hospital. There is no update on their condition.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said one man died after a wreck in Pickens County Saturday at about 7:15 p.m.
The Pickens County Coroner identified the victims as 30-year-old Aaron Anthony Eskew of Anderson.
Troopers said a Kia Sorento traveling east on Queen Street near Clemson ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree. The driver and a passenger were transported to a hospital with injuries and Eskew died on the scene.
Kelley said Eskew was wearing a seat belt. He died of blunt force trauma, the coroner said.
A Travelers Rest man has died from injuries he sustained in a traffic accident on Tuesday night on Tubbs Mountain Road, the coroner said.
David Christopher Miller, 34, of 7 Horseback Way, died at 2:56 a.m. Thursday of blunt force trauma to the head, according to Greenville County Coroner Parks Evans.
Miller, who was wearing a seatbelt, was driving a 1993 Eagle Talon when he lost control, struck a wooden fence and then hit trees at about 7 p.m. on Tuesday night, Evans said.
Two other people in the car were treated for non-life threatening injuries, he said.
The driver of a 2006 Toyota pickup was killed this morning when the vehicle ran off Highway 276 and crashed into a column supporting the bridge where Interstate 185 runs over Highway 276, said Cpl. Bill Rhyne of the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
No other cars were involved in the wreck that happened about a half mile outside the Mauldin city limits at 11:10 a.m., Rhyne said.
One person is dead after a late-night accident in Greenville County.
According to the Highway Patrol, the wreck happened just after 11 p.m. Monday on West Georgia Road, about 5 miles south of Simpsonville.
Greenville County Coroner Parks Evans identified the victim as 29-year-old Marcus A. Johnson of Simpsonville.
Troopers say Johnson was driving a 1989 Chevrolet pickup and was driving east on West Georgia Road, when he veered into the westbound lane and struck a Toyota four-door.
