A 17-year-old Tulsa girl died and several others were injured in a single-vehicle crash in west Tulsa Friday morning at 1:30 a.m., when a Nissan Maxima carrying six occupants was heading westbound on West 61st Street near Elwood Avenue at high speed before swerving off the road and crashing. Crystal Magana was ejected from the vehicle, and was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Jevon McCorkle, 18, of Tulsa, the driver of the vehicle, was taken to Saint Francis Hospital.

14-year-old Lily Rhodes was riding on ATV with three friends at a birthday party when something, possibly a hole in the terrain, caused the vehicle to flip and eject all occupants. Of those involved, Rhodes sustained the worst injuries and had to have most of her arm amputated, though she should make a good recovery otherwise. One other girl on the ATV also had some serious injuries, and remains in the hospital with a broken vertebrae. What personal injury victims need to know:

On Sunday evening, an SUV driven by an unidentified 16-year-old girl was southbound on 72nd Street when she failed to stop at the Maguire Road intersection. A Maguire Baptist Church van was eastbound on Maguire, and it collided with the SUV. Both vehicles left the roadway, and the SUV rolled twice, ejecting the driver and 17-year-old Morgan Smith. The van struck a utility pole and flipped onto its top.

Eric Bond, 50, was traveling north on State Highway 97 at 81st Street South when his vehicle exited the roadway, struck a median, and rolled multiple times. Bond was ejected about 75 feet from the truck. According to authorities, Bond was not wearing a seat belt. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Glenda Alexander of Drumright was eastbound in a 2003 Chevy Blazer when she went off of Highway 16 then back onto the roadway before going off again, this time striking a tree. Alexander was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the SUV, killing her. The accident happened at about 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Two people were killed in a single-vehicle collision in Pittsburg County yesterday afternoon approximately three miles east of Canadian. A Chevrolet was traveling south on a county road when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled over. Malinda Arthur, 39, was later declared deceased at the crash site. Passenger Jeremy Robinson,  43,was ejected from the vehicle and was also declared dead at the scene. The other two passengers are listed in stable condition at a local hospital.

Two people are dead after an accident in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, including a one-year-old child. The crash occured on County Road Burris Valley at approximately 5:23 PM Saturday. Police report a Chevy Trail Blazer was driving west on the road when the driver veered off the road multiple times. The SUV then rolled over two and a half times. All four of the occupants were ejected from the vehicle. Jennifer Pierce, was found dead at the site of the accident. One-year-old Jake Pierce was also declared deceased at the scene.
