Documented and undocumented residents of the State of Oregon can be compensated for their injuries and death.  Car insurance policies must provide compensation to them.  Claudio Marquez, Bonifacio Garcia and Natasha Fisher are all victims of the negligence of Jeremy Hopper and they will all share in the auto insurance policy of Jeremy Hopper.  However, if Jeremy did not have any car insurance or did not have enough car insurance to pay all the damages to each of the victims  then each of the victims can file Un-insured Motorist Claims or Under- insured claims on their own car insurance policies.  In addition they have rights under various crime victims programs.  The State of Oregon provides financial aid to crime victims.  Contact  the Oregon Department of Justice, Crime Victims" Compensation Program, 503-378-5348 or 800-503-7983.  Each County in Oregon has a victims restitution program where the sentencing judge may order the criminally convicted person to pay restitution to each of the victims in accordance with each of the victim's damages.  Contact the Circuit Court or the District Attorneys Office in Yamhill County and ask if the County has a restitution program or a victims advocate program.  I am sure Yamhill County does.    Phone me if you have any questions, 800-347-4269.  I am the Oregon and Southwest Washington Sponsor for Accident Data Center.  Ray Bradley
