the man that was killed is
the man that was killed is my family member, and this is a completely falsified document. my family's body was within so many different pieces and places the only way we could identify him was due to the tattoo he had on his chest. his head was not attached, his spleen is still missing, all his ribs were broken, & his brain was brought to the coroners office in a plastic bag. his body was laying open displaying all his insides. this is a failure of justice and Dylan Hernandez was not of fault. the automobile that the police claim that Dylan was driving wasn't damaged at all! it looked like it was off the showroom floor and as if they took a small bone and placed it on the undercarriage of the suv. no cosmetic damage what so ever. This was a cold blood murder and they swept it under the rug. As they do most horrific crimes as such. Timothy Wayne Huskey was my uncles name and he was loved. We miss him so much. he has two beautiful daughters and grandchildren. My family was contacted by several people before ever contacted by any patrol division. THIS IS A FALSIFIED CASE AND IS A COMPLETE COVER UP WITHIN THE HORRIBLE REPRESENTATIONS OF THIS COUNTY. May God be with the vile people who let us down with no sympathy and no remorse as they do a lot of other families and individuals whom will never receive closure. This is only a minute statement. ill never forget him and i hope the law enforcement officers do not either. This is so unfortunate. May i add Dylan Hernandez isn't being charged with anything, they ruled my uncle at fault. IF ANYONE COULD BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE TO THE FAMILY OF TIMOTHY PLEASE REACH OUT. fly high with the angels Timmy. We miss you.
