The Highway Patrol says no charges have been filed in connection with this incident. An investigation is ongoing.
47-year-old Grace Hutto Goodwin is dead after being hit by a pick-up truck Saturday. The incident took place shortly after 10:30 p.m. Saturday on a private property off Highway 200. The location is about 4 miles south of Great Falls in Fairfield County. The woman was hit by a 1999 Ford F-550 work truck being driven her 42-year-old boyfriend. Goodwin lived at the property where the accident occurred and died of injuries sustained in the accident.
