Crash kills Presentation basketball player, assistant coach

Both men were traveling together in route back to Aberdeen when the vehicle they were traveling in was involved in a head-on collision.

Cameron Alexander Isreal, a current business major at PC, and Terry Cornell Strong, a recent Interdisciplinary Studies graduate were both involved with Presentation College basketball team. Isreal was a current player and Strong was a former player and current graduate assistant.

College Mass to honor athlete, coach killed in crash

Isreal's funeral is Thursday at Central Christian Church in Mesa, Arizona, according to the college. Another service eventually will be held in Maryland, where his mother lives. Funeral arrangements were pending for Strong. Isreal, a 6-foot-3 junior guard, averaged more than 16 points per game for the Saints last season and was named to the North Star Athletic Association all-conference team.
Terry Strong and Cameron Isreal were traveling on U.S. Highway 83 when for unknown reasons their vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with another vehicle. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Cameron Isreal was a 6-foot-3 junior guard who averaged more than 16 points per game for the Saints last season. Terry Strong was graduate assistant coach who was planning to return for a second year of coaching at Presentation College in South Dakota.

Me too, it's a mystery

Cameron Isreal is my oldest brother and I barely found out about his death today and I'm really sad because my third eldest brother Benjamin was looking for him for a very long time. #RIPCameronIsreal
