The suspect fled on foot after the crash and was arrested about two hours later near the Paragon Chateau movie theater in northeast Rochester, about 5 miles from the scene of the accident. Authorities believe the 57-year-old Rochester man was under the influence of alcohol, says Sgt. Dan Monnet.
