98th Avenue

A 23-year-old man was killed when a car collided with a tree in Oakland early Thursday off of 98th Avenue. Oakland resident Juan Manzo, a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene. There is no word on the identify or condition of the driver. 

Perla Avina was a passenger in a passenger Toyota Camry driven by her husband. They were driving home from the grocery store on Sunday afternoon when the incident occurred.
