A Thursday morning wreck in Phillips County left a toddler dead and three other people hurt. Dante Knight, 21, was driving a 2000 Volkswagen east on Arkansas 44 in Lake View about 12:06 a.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve and hit a tree, according to an Arkansas State Police accident report.
