A 23-year-old riding a skateboard in the middle of a Fleming Island street early Saturday morning died after he was struck by a motorcycle, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers say Kyle Klocek was on a skateboard in the westbound travel lane of Bald Eagle Road near Lake Terrance Lane
