Thu, 10/30/2014Richard "Rick" Wainscott was walking to work at Kroger Grocery Store when he was struck by a vehicle just before 7 a.m. in a parking lot at Brentwater Place. Wainscott’ was pronounced dead at University of Cincinnati Medical Center at 5:10 p.m. Thursday.
