Sun, 04/13/2014A Cleveland driver suspected of crashing into a pedestrian and then fleeing the scene Monday morning was arrested hours later for driving intoxicated, police said.
Travis Clay, 49, was taken into custody about 5 p.m. after being stopped near East 71st Street and Fullerton Avenue.
