Cass City Road

At 1:30 PM Wednesday a 31-year-old man was driving his SUV and struck an Amish buggy driven by a 42-year-old man with an 18-year-old passenger on Cass City Road near Cass City, Michigan. The SUV's driver was attempting to pass the buggy and lost control on the icy road, rear-ending the buggy.
