Sat, 10/18/2014Indiana State Police are on the scene of a fatal tractor accident in Spencer County northeast of Santa Claus. ISP say 60-year-old Charles W. Kuntz of Ferdinand was on County Road 1700 N. heading west when his tractor locked up due to unknown reason.
