Sat, 04/19/2014Police say speed was a factor in a fatal motorcycle crash at 4:40 p.m. on Saturday in the 2700 block of Craley Road in Lower Windsor Township, York County.
Investigators say the accident claimed the life of 60-year-old Ralph Brookens of Wrightsville.
