Police say speed was a factor in a fatal motorcycle crash at 4:40 p.m. on Saturday in the 2700 block of Craley Road in Lower Windsor Township, York County.
Police say speed was a factor in a fatal motorcycle crash at 4:40 p.m. on Saturday in the 2700 block of Craley Road in Lower Windsor Township, York County. Investigators say the accident claimed the life of 60-year-old Ralph Brookens of Wrightsville. The York County Deputy Coroner, says, Brookens was traveling at a high rate of speed when his motorcycle went off the road. Brookens died in the ambulance en route to the hospital, according to Goodfellow. Lower Windsor Township Police Department is investigating the crash.
