Sun, 11/16/2014Star Laine Walters, 33, was struck and killed about 4:30 a.m. Sunday near East Charleston Boulevard and North Nellis Boulevard after a witness called police when they noticed Walters laying motionless in the street. Walters was pronounced dead on the scene.
