Star Laine Walters, 33, was struck and killed about 4:30 a.m. Sunday near East Charleston Boulevard and North Nellis Boulevard after a witness called police when they noticed Walters laying motionless in the street. Walters was pronounced dead on the scene. Witnesses described a dark gray car fleeing the scene. The car would likely have significant damage to the front right side.
