Mon, 02/23/2015Cook was driving an eastbound pickup truck at East Peach Road and McCorkle Road just after 4:00pm when she crashed into a westbound school bus that was attempting to turn left. While none of the students on the bus were injured, Cook was pronounced dead at the scene.
