East Road

Adams Police are asking for witnesses to contact them if they observed an accident in which an eight year-old boy was killed Tuesday afternoon. 8-year-old Noah Brown was hit by a car as he and a companion were crossing East Road at approximately 3:00 p.m. Tuesday.

It happened in near 1300 East Road and East 2100 North Road in the Town of Rowe. Blake Seifers reportedly left a private driveway and was struck by a Ford Fusion heading westbound.
