East Washington Avenue at North Stoughton Road

At approximately 7:15 p.m., a 36-year-old woman was crossing East Washington Avenue at North Stoughton Road when Adam M. Sutter, 25, ran the red light when turning from Stoughton onto Washington and struck the woman.
