After hitting a school bus in Suffolk, Virginia Thursday morning, the driver of a gray Nissan, identified as Travis Devone Copeland, 30, fled the scene on foot. The incident occured at the 2200 block of East Washington Street around 6:41 a.m. on October 16, 2014.
