Sun, 06/01/2014The Mason County Sheriff's Office said it appears that alcohol and possibly marijuana were factors in a crash that killed two people Sunday morning. Mason County Coroner Wes Stockwell identified the dead as David Michael Dudley Jr., 19, of Bremerton, and Alena J. Pepi, 18, of Port Orchard.
