Fourth Plain Boulevard at Northeast Andresen Road

A pedestrian, identified as Cody T. Robinson, 20, of Vancouver, was struck in the intersection about 5:30 a.m. this morning at Fourth Plain Boulevard at Northeast Andresen Road. Robinson was taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where he is listed in serious condition.
