Sun, 09/06/2015Johana Vargas, 2, died Tuesday from her injuries she received in a car crash on Sept. 6. Authorities say she was not in a child restraint when the crash happened. Authorities said Juan Carlo Vargas, 27, and Anna Vargas, 40, the child’s parents, and Gael Vargas, 3, were injured in the crash.
