50-year-old man critically injured, transported to hospital, after his car is struck, at an intersection in Birmingham, by a car driven by Troy McClure, 27, who was fleeing from police. He was arrested on multiple charges.

A motorist is in critical condition after his vehicle was hit by a man fleeing from police.

The crash happened about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday on Graymont Avenue. The name of the victim hasn't been released, but a Birmingham police spokesman said his injuries were life-threatening.
