Highway 195

A woman has died following a head-on collision on state Highway 195 about seven miles south of Colfax. The Washington State Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 9:38 a.m. today. A small semi and a sedan crashed head on, the Washington State Patrol said.

Spokane Valley resident Jimmie D. Parker, 62, was killed in a motorcycle accident just before noon today on Highway 195 two miles south of the Spokane city limits.

 Spokane is growing in population, and with this growth comes increases in traffic, congestion, and accidents.
