I-24 eastbound

Eastbound lanes of Interstate 24 were closed just before Haywood Lane following a crash involving several cars Wednesday night.

The crash was reported just before 10 p.m. at mile marker 56.

Two people were transported to a nearby hospital, and their conditions are unknown.
