Kellogg near Webb Road

Trenton Hopper of Missouri was driving on Kellogg near Webb Road when he rear-ended another car that was stopped at a red light. Hopper then accelerated, driving over the median into the eastbound lanes, before swerving back into the westbound lanes and crashing into a concrete barrier.
