Just after 10:30pm, witnesses claim they saw Brian Ueberroth, 41, fall onto the train tracks on Main Street, where he was then struck by a train and killed.

A man died at a hospital following a car crash in Newaygo County. The wreck happened around 12 a.m. Friday on Main Street near Mechanic Avenue in Fremont. The driver, 41-year-old Michael Poling, crashed his vehicle after having a medical issue, police said.
