Fri, 12/16/2011The deputy John Swearengin struck and killed Hiler and Jolley as they pushed a motorcycle across Norris Road. Swearengin was traveling at more than 80 mph in a 45-mph zone. He briefly took his eyes off the road just before the crash as he looked down to grab his radio.
