Northeast Andresen Road and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard

A police officer witnessed a high-speed crash at Northeast Andresen Road and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard early this morning. The crash sent three people to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries.
