Shortly after 4:00pm, Hoffman was driving an SUV near Northwest Union Road and Northwest Bethany Boulevard when he lost control and the vehicle rolled over. It was also determind that Hoffman was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash, and that he may have been speeding.
