Police: Bethany teen high on pot rolls SUV, crashes

Investigators believe a 19-year-old driver was high on marijuana when he rolled his SUV and crashed in Bethany Saturday.

Shortly after 4:00pm, Hoffman was driving an SUV near Northwest Union Road and Northwest Bethany Boulevard when he lost control and the vehicle rolled over. It was also determind that Hoffman was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash, and that he may have been speeding. After being treated for minor injuries at the scene of the crash, he was arrest and brought to Washington County Jail.
