Oatman Highway

A group of five people from Japan had rented motorcycles, and two riders were involved in Thursday morning's accident on Oatman Highway. The two motorcycles exited the roadway after failing to safely complete a turn. Ichiroh Kobayashi, 68, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

Five tourists from Japan were riding rented bicycles when the first two members of the group lost control on a curve and left the roadway. Ichiroh Kobayashi died at the scene of the wreck, and Yoshizuka Toshimitsu was flown to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.
