Route 190

A 60-year-old man died after his car collided head-on with a Somers ambulance on Route 190 on Saturday afternoon. Leonard W. King of East Windsor was pronounced deceased at the site of the crash.

A 90-year-old Kailua-Kona woman died Thursday (August 14) from injuries she sustained in a single-vehicle crash on Route 190 and the junction with Kalaoa Street in Kailua-Kona. She was identified as Jane K. Ota.

Enfield Police responded to a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.

It happened on Route 190 by Cooper Street. Police say a car was traveling westbound when it collided with a pedestrian.

That person was taken to an area hospital where she later died from her injuries.
