Police have identified the victim of a fatal hit-and-run crash in Stonington as 51-year-old Grover Moree, of the Pawcatuck section of Stonington. Moree was struck near Route 2 and Route 78 just after 5 a.m. Friday and was flown by LifeStar to Rhode Island Hospital, where he died, police said.
