Vandeventer near Natural Bridge

A 2-year-old boy is in critical condition following a multi-vehicle wreck in north St. Louis early Friday morning. According to police, a vehicle was traveling west on Vandeventer near Natural Bridge around 2 a.m. when it slammed into the driver side of another vehicle at the intersection.
